Prepare your eyes for blog overload. I have been a horrible blogger, we all know that, because I start off every blog post stating so.  I guess I have blogger guilt.  This weekend was a busy one full of sessions, it’s just that time of year. So just get ready to see some cute faces.

I adore this family for many reasons. They have four kids and well, we just “get each other.”  This family showed up ready to rock this session and they did so in such a short amount of time.  It was unreal how easy this was to pull off. Such well behaved wee ones.   I’m only posting a few individuals because you may be getting a Christmas card in the mail, if your lucky, and I don’t want to be the one to reveal that.

So without further ado…

This is such a fun family! I can’t really say that enough, they just are.  They make me laugh so much and I can’t help but feel right at home with them having 3 girls myself.  It’s a little glimpse into what my life will be like with three teenage daughters in a few years. I feel honored to get the opportunity each time they give me a call.  With one headed off to college soon, we decided to get this session in as quickly as possible.  Can’t wait too long to get these family sessions in!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a session with this sweet girl. My little ones use to track her down at every baseball or football game to hang out with her. Her brother and G have gone to school together since Kindergarten! It is making me feel a little old knowing  that she is in junior high now.

I started the morning out wondering if this session was even going to happen with the cloud cover, but clouds left the area and out came the beautiful sunshine. What also came with it was some CRAZY wind! A photographers 2nd biggest obstacle, but we managed and had a great time. Here a couple sneak peaks to tide mom over till I finish editing the rest.

Hope you enjoy the peek!

I never know what picture a family will want to use for their Christmas card, so I hate to give away too much from a session around holiday time.  We’ll go with that as my excuse for being so late in getting these up. Sound good? Ha! I will say that I LOVE getting a Christmas card with my picture on it. lol  So don’t ever think, oh well she’s already seen it, because I really do find it pretty darn sweet.  Along with all my other cards as well, love seeing everyone’s pictures.  Sorry to all those that didn’t get a card from me, it just didn’t make the cut this year.

So without further ado, here is one cool family! They are such sweet friends of ours and we have the best time just hanging out.  I just {big, puffy heart} love them!

Thank you Wilkinsons, and Thank YOU for stopping by!

The Wilsons, family of 6!  It’s nice knowing another family as large as ours. We could probably talk for hours and nod our heads in understanding at one another.  I’ve had the pleasure of teaching both of their girls at different church functions and they both so precious.  So smart and well mannered young ladies, momma and daddy have to be proud.  Same for brothers too of course!

Thank you Wilson Family, and Thank YOU for stopping by!

I am really…really…really behind on blogging, but dare I say I’m going to try to improve on that this year. {sigh} Just another thing to add to the list right?

So consider this ANOTHER huge catch up.  I love you guys for being so patient and sticking around.

This day was freezing! Kind of a day like today actually, very windy and cold. So needless to say there was a lot of huddling and hunkering together. Doesn’t always make for an easy session, but these guys were patient with me and I managed to grab some great shots. Most boys don’t like having their pictures taken and these boys are no different but I just imagine their cute face on a GAP poster somewhere. And Little Miss, well you can tell their home revolves around her. She is precious and was smart too. Just look at her she’s trying to get inside this house, it was COLD!

Thank You Johnson Family, and Thank YOU for stopping by!

I’ve been completely blessed by so many inquiries to help towards my mission goal.  It won’t take long friends, so if you want to take advantage let me know soon.   Angela and her family were recently in town for Spring Break and I couldn’t be more excited that she asked me to take some pics.   I did a bit of scrambling to find a good location near their hotel and this was a pretty cool spot.  We were sandwiched between the Dallas Cowboy Stadium and Ballpark in Arlington in a little park.  We did battle some crazy wind and a little overcast but we managed to make it fun.

Here are a few of my favorites…

Dalton | Senior Sneak Peek

Tuesday, January 4th, 2011

I met up with this family to do a few senior pics for this guy and squeeze in a couple family pictures.  You could just tell they have a lot of fun together,  lots of laughing and joking going on.  Here are a couple of pics from our shoot.  We got lucky that it happened to be one of our warmer days on our Christmas break, which was an added bonus.

Thanks again, McCarthy family!

I had so much fun with these guys this afternoon.  They are THE FUNNIEST couple! Cindy is so sweet and kind-hearted with a mix of sass.  Matt should be in a sitcom on NBC, he is just THAT funny.  I’m sure they keep each other in stitches all the time.  I had the pleasure of doing some senior pics for Kate a few months back, but Cindy wanted some family pics done and I wanted to re-do some of Kate’s.  She is a beautiful, young lady who has many talents and is staying busy her senior year.   I don’t want to leave out Miss Emily, she’s quite the sweet heart herself.  I know this personally as she entertains my girls during Hayden’s volleyball games. So now on to business…

Yes, Cindy I got some of ya’ll posed and smiling but this makes me laugh. Matt was telling jokes of course and I just loved this shot because well…it’s so you.

So cute!

And here are a couple of Kate to tide you over.
